Lead Problem Management

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned senior leader with gravitas to join our team as the Problem Management Lead for UK&I. You will enjoy working within a SIAM environment, identifying root cause across complex systems and be a focused, pro-active and inspirational lead who can drive actions to prevent incidents whilst integrating a capability that drives out root cause across our business. including the integration, prioritisation and reporting of defects, known errors and live service Problems. 

The role

As an experienced leader, you will be working with vast stakeholder groups and influencing at all levels of the Experian community, to ensure accountability and action is driven to resolve technology and process risks thorough Root Cause and corrective action plans.  You will be responsible for building and delivering a world class Problem Management function, improving client experience by implementing proactive measures to improve prevention of repeat incidents and drive thorough root cause analysis. 

You can expect to work with a diverse and collaborative team as you gain exposure across all areas of the business which will ensure opportunities for growth and network expansion. As a visible key lead with presence, you will also be involved in the very latest transformation projects as you lead, build and mature the function. Our teams work in an agile environment and fundamental to our vision for the future remains in being innovative whilst building high performing teams who can achieve their best.  You’ll contribute to the development of the IT Service Management tool and design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators in relation to Problem Management, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis.  

Could this role be for you?


You will be a result driven individual with a thorough understanding of Service Operations ITIL processes and have previous experience in managing offshore and onshore teams. You’ll be a powerful communicator with the ability to build and develop management reports for stakeholders to ensure confidence in problem management. You will be an analytical person who’s able to solve complex problems with previous experience in Audit, Governance & Risk Management.
