Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a new colleague to join Experian Global Finance Services (GFS). Recently voted as one of the Top 20 Shared Service Organisations by SSON analytics, we are committed to continuous improvement. Global Finance Services is the fastest growing area of the Experian finance team with c 50% of the Experian Finance roles within this organisation. Global Finance Services is based in 4 main locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Santiago, Chile with satellite offices in Nottingham, UK and Costa Mesa, US.


  • Support Operations function with management information (MI), reporting, ad-hoc analysis and provide valuable insight about their numbers

  • Work with HR and Labour planning teams to produce monthly headcount forecast for the function

  • Provide clear picture on the financial state for the functional and business stakeholders and support decision making process

  • Be involved in the annual budgeting process

  • Produce regular reporting for each of the functional teams


  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant numerate science
    Strong Excel skills

  • 1-2 years of experience on analyses or/and experience with automation of large financial files

  • Good understanding of financial management information

  • Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary

  • Highly logical, numerate individual with an unfaltering attention to detail

  • Fluency in English
