  What is a Resilience Analyst - responsible for?


Essential you are an excellent problem solver.  As a resilience analyst you will join with a broad experience from across the industry particulary IT.  You will have the ability to converse and lead on people, process, and technology deep discussions and debate to arrive at solutions for long-standing entrenched issues.


We recognise that there are sometimes deep-rooted systematic issues that need dedicated attention to resolve and ensure the fix is sustainable in the environment.  You will help us by uncovering the root causes of these issues and finding the solutions that really work and impact the business.


Problem solving skills are of paramount importance, along with the ability to embed new disciplines or ways of working into business as usual activities.


You’ll probably have deep technical or process expertise in a particular area but have a good holistic understanding of how infrastructure and business applications support internal and client services.






The role will provide a great opportunity work with people from across all levels in the UK and EMEA organisation. Equally, it will provide a great foundation to further your career through a further technical or managerial track at Experian.




It would be great if you have some understanding or experience of the following:  problem management, incident management, an understanding of ITIL and ITSM, good technical understanding of Infrastructure and business applications.
