Key Responsibilities include;

Investor Relations

  • Coordination with colleagues and project management as needed for quarterly, half- and full-year announcements
  • Review of investor communications, announcement and presentation materials
  • Review of press releases through the year as shared by press team
  • Compilation of slides for roadshow presentations, bond raisings, insurance reviews, input into global sales presentation, plus other presentations as required
  • Drafting of the Investor Relations Board reports approximately every two months
  • Drafting of acquisition RNSs as necessary, coordinating M&A communications across functions – deal team, Internal Communications, Public Relations and the business function
  • Review of rating agency reports

Corporate Communications

  • Oversight of the production, design and delivery of the Annual Report publication.
  • Including coordination of work with Annual Report team, adherence to timetable, drafting of Strategic report and case studies, design and imagery input, process control, full review of all content, alignment of messaging within the AR, engagement with auditors, liaise and manage relationship with design and print agency, review and sign-off on final print.
  • Ensuring alignment of messaging with the full-year results announcement and presentation
  • Review of content and design of AR ancillaries
  • Review of the CR report and ensure alignment of messaging
  • Oversight of the RFP process
  • Oversight of the Experian plc website and coordination with colleagues
  • Including ongoing updates, announcements and presentations, content development, quarterly results and annual publication updates
  • Security, template and platform upgrades
  • Researching and providing answers to internal audiences, in particular supporting Global sales teams RFPs (requests for proposals)
  • Drafting and oversight of the Corporate Communications and Corporate Public Relations budget for the Head of PR, ongoing management of costs vs budget, half-yearly accrual management
  • Negotiation and liaison with suppliers – including assessing IR and Corporate Communications ongoing requirements and quality of service provided, contractual reviews, meeting internal TPRM and security process requirements
  • As required project management and production of short films for IR and brand purposes

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely in an engaging style. Demonstrates acreative and enquiring mind.
  • Substantial experience of corporate communications, particularly previous experience with investor relations and annual reports.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting is essential and an accounting qualification would be helpful
  • Experience of managing and contributing to senior management relationships.
  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound project management skills, including the organisation and delegation of work.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and to leverage communication networks.
  • Experience of budget management and managing external supplier relationships.
