Implementation Manager Healthcare ( Revenue Cycle or Authorizations experience preferred)

  • Plans, staffs, reviews and organizes subordinate supervisor or staff assignments for a department or major group within a department. Provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development. 

  • Responsible for staff salary planning, personnel actions, and performance management process. 

  • Manages departmental financial and operational goals and objectives through subordinate supervisors and staff. May participate with senior management in the development of department budget as well as operational goals and objectives.

  • Remains aware of internal company environment, competitive environment, and market trends and developments within functional area. Applies knowledge and provides input to senior management to develop policies and procedures that affect departmental operations and may impact other functional areas.

  • Manages the development, implementation and maintenance of Experian products and services ensuring compliance with contractual implementation schedules and federal and state laws and regulations.

  • Consults and collaborates with clients, business partners, and internal organizations in the development, testing and implementation of Experian products and services. Develops client implementation and integration strategies for Experian products and services to meet client business needs.

  • Participates with Sales and Marketing when needed in the proposal process to the client by determining their testing, implementation and production requirements.

  • Works closely with development groups on the specification and implementation of the new applications and enhancements.

  • Other duties as required.

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • 4-7 years functional expertise

  • 2-3 years excellent supervisory experience is highly essential

  • Strong customer service and human relations skills.

  • Great verbal and written communications skills.

  • Effective presentation skills.

  • Detailed knowledge of Health Industry.

  • Thorough knowledge of Experian products and services.

  • Outstanding management and leadership skills.

  • Successful project management skills.

  • Ability to accommodate moderate travel.
