For our Human Resources team in Bulgaria we are looking for a HR Business Partner.

The person in this role will be the main driver of delivering HR agenda for its business clients group to reach the business objectives in the most efficient way of linking the people to the business strategy in the contexts of the Experian culture

The HR Business Partner works collaboratively with managers and stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value and lead solutions. Next to that, the HRBP is expected to implement HR initiatives and advice, guide and support team members and managers, providing people management and development support.


HR partnership with the clients group
• Know and understand the internal client group and their needs
• Deliver excellent customer service by building strong, effective, proactive working relationships with internal customers, peers and colleagues.
• Provide expert advice on a range of HR queries and opportunities arising from within the business, in accordance to organizational policy and legislative requirement.
• Support and empower line managers to enable them to perform their roles more effectively.
• Contribute HR expertise to business meetings with managers in the clients group and prepare formal proposals for initiatives as required that support the people agenda to deliver the business objectives.
• Act as a Change Agent within the Business area to support the ongoing development of the organisation.
• Have good understanding of statistics/trends/data and support line managers in meeting targets.
• Advise management on key organisational structure and role issues to ensure that the optimum structure for the business is embedded.
• Assist managers in the effective use of performance tools and processes, ensuring that the principles are applied consistently and fairly to deliver outcomes that drive performance and deliver business objectives.
• Work with managers to ensure the Talent and Succession Planning processes are fully embed within their business areas.
• Work proactively with Management Team to manage key people risks in the business and taking positive steps to resolve these before they become problems for the business.
• Understand the specific reward & recognition needs for the business and work with the management team to implement business focused and cost effective reward solutions.

Partnership with the HR team and process improvement
• Draw on the expertise within the HR team where appropriate to ensure a comprehensive HR service to the business.
• Continually critically evaluate HR policies, processes and systems in the respective area and develop proposals for improvements and efficiencies.
• Review processes and practices and suggest ways of improving the HR service and taking accountability for implementation.
• Work in a partnership with HRBPs for the respective global functions to which the client groups belong to.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR practices. Ensure that any activity is in line with all other business/HR issues at all times.


Project work
• Support the key organizational development and change projects.
• Deliver a range of HR projects with emphasis on Business Change and Organization Culture related topics.


• Typically: 3-4 years of experience in HR field
• Very good written and spoken English

• Strategic thinking – understand business goals and objectives and seeks to develop initiatives to support these; identifies threats and opportunities; understands business implications of decisions
• Commercial understanding – realize internal clients’ business needs, suggest people management initiatives in a cost efficient manner that serve the client well knowing current business challenges, core values and organization culture that is on the focus.
