Help Desk Technician II

1. High School Diploma is a must with a technical school certification as a plus.
2. Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong PC, mainframe, Internet knowledge, problem solving, analytical, and customer service (must).
4. Sound knowledge of the following technologies: FTP, XML, Internet browsers (internet explorer and Firefox) Mainframe (must).
5. Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills (must). 
6. Experience providing technical support via email (desired).
7. Minimum of 3 years of call center experience, minimum of 1 year in the technical support area and desired 2 years in customer service.
8. Experience as expert matter agent for assigned products and/or applications, handling all responsibilities of that function as a plus.
9. Experience with other positions working with Credit history, FCRA policies, or companies like Datum, Equifax, Sykes, Transunion is a plus. 
10. Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers.
11. Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening.
