Candidate Profile

Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, computer science, engineering or similar

  • Post Graduate qualification or equivalent in finance, data science or similar relevant discipline

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in management reporting or business intelligence roles within a global multi-national organisation

  • At least 10 years’ experience and strong track record in

    • Master data and enterprise data management in a global organisation

    • Change management including governance, controls & compliance and communication

    • Executing enterprise or global complex programmes, projects including system and data integrations, full testing cycles and co-ordination across multi-functional teams and groups

    • Data hierarchies and structures, data management and governance 

    • Managing global virtual / remote teams

    • Managing multifunctional project teams including Finance, Sales, IT and external consultants

    • Working in a global matrix / cross functional environment

    • Working with large enterprise systems (Oracle eBS, Salesforce, Hyperion preferred)

  • Significant demonstrable experience / strength in

    • Defining data and meta-data standards and usage guidelines

    • Building and reporting data quality compliance metrics to drive/maintain standards

    • Use of data visualisation and reporting solutions in a global organisation

  • Ideally

    • Strong working knowledge of Experian’s Enterprise solutions - Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Hyperion

    • Experience with Oracle BDA and Tableau

    • Experience with Oracle DRM/DRG and/or MDM
