Data is a key asset for Experian and your role as a Graduate Data Manager will include managing a portfolio of existing data sources brought into the the UK&I Data Office and used in products and services provided by all Product Capability Units within the UK. 

You will be accountable for the data quality and governance requirements for the use of the data, as well as ensuring that the business is able to extract the most value out of the assets throughout their data lifecycle.  

You will be a key contact point for, and will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, including product managers, risk managers, and the data operations teams. 

You will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or higher university degree (masters or MBA desirable) 

  • Excellent people and communications skills 

  • Excellent PC skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Ability to solicit and organise qualitative and quantitative data from sources and extract value from the data in terms of insight and analysis

  • Ability to organise findings in a clear and consistent format 

  • Strong problem solving ability 

  • Effective communication of propositions and solutions 

  • Knowledge of Experian products and services 

  • A confident and professional manner, able to work with senior stakeholders.
