Global Scale Regional Team - Sr. Manager

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly innovative, passionate and talented individual to accelerate global product adoption driving increased global scale.  This team member will work closely with our regional leadership, product management and innovation teams, while working across regions as part of the global scaling organization.  This new role will be part of a small visionary solutions oriented group developing and executing projects across Experian’s global markets. 

We are looking for a versatile individual with strong product management and innovation experience who can work across your regional business units and global product and technology teams.  In this role, you will be a critical member of a fast-paced cross-functional startup team where you will manage execution and must thrive in a time-constrained, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Regional Product Leadership teams to identify opportunities for global scaling from within product lines or innovation pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and client needs to successfully define “Jobs to be Done” and assumptions that will drive innovation adoption within the local market.  
  • Engage with clients, product teams, sales teams, regional leadership to understand voice of customer needs, product pipelines and strategic focus areas. 
  • Communicates at all levels of the regional and global organization to identify and champion innovation and global product innovation and global product launches.
  • Works with regional and global teams to implement product/concept design and rapid prototyping
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders across business units, including product managers, marketing operations, technology and engineering, data scientists, sales, legal and compliance to ensure proper coordination and execution of global scaling projects
  • Global collaboration, ability to work within a global team and global travel required.  This role will require flexibility in scheduling as calls and meetings may occur in all time zones. 
  • Demonstrated client engagement/consultative experience.
  • Experience with agile product development
  • Experience in data products and services, data analytics, financial services, payments or related technology fields is preferred
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation and bringing new products to market
  • Exceptional organizational skills required, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent decision-making, and presentation skills and strong influencing skills and be able to interface with business, technology, analytics, operations, systems and marketing personnel
  • Resourceful creative thinker with strong technology and analytical skills
  • Able to excel in flexible, matrixed reporting structures
  • Ability to work well within a global team
  • A bachelor’s degree required.
