We’re looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Manager/Producer, Content & Experience Design with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and emerging technologies to produce—and manage—world-class interactive experiences for our stakeholders.

You’ll help create dynamic digital and rich web experiences for the world’s leading credit bureau. As part of Global Shared Marketing, our work is spread across multiple capabilities. The ideal candidate is well-versed in a multitude of Digital Marketing technologies with a focus on Enterprise Web Sites, encompassing Experience Design, Content Management Capabilities, Strategy & Analytics, and SEO.

As a Digital Marketing Manager & Producer, you will serve as the voice of the Content & Experience Design practice. What you’ll do - As a Digital Marketing Manager/Producer, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for our Stakeholders—acting as an Account Director. You will facilitate (and produce) stakeholder communications, fostering ongoing relationships with our partners.
• Troubleshoot marketer queries, consult on digital marketing questions, manage approvals during the creative process, and liaise with Product Manager to gain acceptance of work completed by scrum teams.
• Own, manage, and continually optimize Digital Marketing’s project intake process, including end-to-end flow from submission through closure and stakeholder acceptance.
• Serve as an Ambassador for Content Management Capabilities, translating documentation to marketer-friendly user guides, training materials, etc.
• Serve as primary Content Manager for Corporate web pages, working with content editor resources to ensure pages are continually refreshed and updated based on business need.
• Create and maintain Editorial Calendar to manage Marketer communications (and Release Management), reviewing and approving all team-wide email communications produced internally.
• Lead stakeholder discussions on both business-as-usual tasks and projects to ensure stakeholder understands project flow, expectations, and due dates needed to meet end goals.
• Work with our Program Management team to define and adjust processes to meet project/business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching teams to do the same.
• Collaborate with and create Executive Dashboards for senior management and cross-functional leads on complex projects and strategic assignments.
• Drive resolution of program and project issues; assisting teams in resolution and successfully leading large teams to develop risk mitigation plans.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver constructive feedback while outlining and facilitating development plans where needed.
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or similar).
• 8+ years’ experience working within Experience Design teams leading CMS-based, content-heavy Web sites. Inclusive of at least 4-5 years of agency and/or consulting experience.
• Mastery of mid to large-scale digital projects and programs, with a proven track record of both client delivery and account management.
• Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams (Marketing Automation, DevOps, Creative Services, etc.) in a fast-paced, Scrum and Kanban-based agile environment.
• Proven experience using Agile (LeSS, SAFe, Scrum) and knowledge of enterprise tools (Wrike, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Extensive hands-on experience leading Content Management and Digital Marketing, with deep expertise in Adobe® Experience Manager 6.3 or later strongly preferred.
• Active PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSPO certification with an appetite for continuous learning.
