 Interpreting and analyzing consumers´ requests in order to determine appropriate action.

  • - Maintain the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • - Accurately disputing or updating consumers´ information through system applications.
  • - Assisting consumers in an efficient and timely manner, treating consumers´ information with professionalism, ensuring its security and privacy.
  • - Complying with outlined procedures, guidelines, laws and regulatory policies.
  • - Maintaining a professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  •  

    - Desirable two years of work experience.
  • - Good ability to enter data accurately into a database system.
  • - Good problem solving and customer service skills.
  • - Strong typing skills.
  • - Strong English skills, especially regarding reading comprehension.
  •
