Your Background

You’re the kind of person that just gets technology. You’re probably the one your family turns to for tech support. More importantly you’ll be deeply experienced in learning and talent technologies. You will have experience with several of the enterprise learning and talent management solutions and the wider learning tech ecosystem. You’ll understand eLearning content – how it is built and what goes on under the hood. You can help us make good choices about how our learning and talent technology is deployed and managed.

As well as your deep technical and domain expertise you must be able to communicate and engage with people. You will be part of a level 2 support team, so you must work well with your colleagues, our system provider and most importantly the system users. You are a problem solver at heart and helping others solve their problems gives you purpose.

It would be excellent if you can also bring skills in any or all: project management, business analysis and web design and development.

Must Haves
  • You must have experience with Cornerstone, ideally their learning or talent suites
  • Deep expertise in learning and talent technologies, probably gained from exposure to multiple enterprise-scale LMS solutions and other learning & talent technologies.
  • Experience of both implementation (business analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, stabilization) and maintenance (support, upgrades, enhancements, integrations).
  • Experience with eLearning content build, deployment and troubleshooting. Knowledge of what goes on under the hood of SCORM, AICC and xAPI and how this interacts with an LMS.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis.
  • Solution governance and compliance experience – developing governance frameworks, engaging stakeholders, communication, monitoring
  • Vendor management – monitoring service performance and support liaison
  • Data structure knowledge, design, migration, extract/reporting design

  • Global working – matrix organisations, multi-country teams
  • Project management experience/expertise
  • Data & reporting tools (BI tools, SQL)
  • Experience of content creation tools plus emerging cloud based content tools.
  • SharePoint developer experience
  • Web design and development (front end or full stack)
