Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple budgets and forecast
  • Good organization and project management skills, ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to identify complex issues, analyze, and develop short- and long-term solutions
  • A creative mindset and an aptitude for event management and organization
  • Flexible to work any schedule within business hours including holidays, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel to partner sites as necessary
  • Strong functional knowledge of a call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and Access with the ability to create and maintain databases
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
