Consultant - Marketing Operations

Job Description

Manage the Marketing Operations independently to ensure the organization and marketing objectives are met. The job role requires delivery on the below key result areas


Marketing Operations

  • Ensure Marketing processes are adhered to without any errors

  • Co-ordinating with Marketing agencies for proposals, creatives, content etc

  • Support internal teams on internal communications and campaigns

  • Manage all operations related to event management – booking venue, tracking delegates, giveaways, printing of marketing materials, post event reporting etc


Vendor Management

  • Empanel new vendors in the system by manging the entire system processes and documentation

  • Manage PR/POs process and ensure that vendor services are delivered in a timely manner

  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments

  • Managing of vendor and payment MIS and expense tracking

  • Reporting of vendor POs, payments twice a month


Leads Management

  • Manage the leads management process and ensure improvements from time to time

  • Develop campaigns on CRMS like Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua

  • Qualify business leads by making calls and validating the solutions required

  • Follow-up with sales functions to ensure leads tracking is managed comprehensively

  • Share regular leads reports and trackers with respective stakeholders


Other Projects

  • Support digital marketing and PR functions on key projects

  • Support the business and support functions in short term projects/assignments

Prior candidate experience:

  • Should have managed Marketing Operations for at least 2 to 3 years preferably in an MNC

  • Should have managed vendor management, payment processes etc. and be well versed in MS Excel

  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation campaigns is a plus
