We are looking for someone who;

  • Aggressive results orientated sales person

  • Strong initiative and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Resilient to knock backs with drive and determination to succeed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales engagement process in region
  • Delivering against a target of approximately $3-4m USD recognised revenue per financial year
  • Build pipeline of full solution set across all countries in region
  • Evangelise and deliver the message to all target accounts
  • Source and secure working relationships with partners in region as appropriate. This may include, for example financial institutions and local agents
  • Provide analysis, feedback and execution on go to market strategies, challenges and competitors in region
  • Adhere to Experian policies and procedures
  • Work under the Experian behaviours and values
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Champion a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian. business.  Ensure that by leading by example, you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of customers.  Through the adoption of a top down approach, demonstrate a culture where all of our people understand their regulatory obligations, including what the fair treatment of customer’s means to them and our organisation.


  • Must have worked in specific areas of Financial Services selling to C-level
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent overachievements against target over a 5 year period
  • Have worked in defined territory for a minimum of 10 years
  • Proficient in English language
  • Skilled in commercial proposition creation and negotiation of contracts and commercial terms


  • Degree educated
  • Has worked for a Banking Application company or retail bank
  • Previous experience working with data, analytics and banking applications
