As the Billing Team Lead you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all of billing team members located in the Costa Rica office.  This includes but is not limited to billing account setup, customer data maintenance, billing, billing adjustments and invoicing activities.  The Billing Team Lead role will also be responsible for the daily load of invoices and adjustments into Oracle as well as supporting month end activities.  This role will be highly focused on process improvement, automation and creating efficiencies.  

Key Responsibilities: 
Support billing team members located in Costa Rica.  
Serve as main focal point for any local/regional related issues/concerns.   
Participate in monthly meetings with other site leads and supervisors.  
Ensure the timely completion of daily invoicing in Oracle for multiple businesses 
Maintain and manage all invoice databases.
Perform and process billing adjustment and manual billing requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Work with sales, sales support or other department on various tasks.
Heavy communication with the various business units, sales and sales support teams. 
Receive research and respond to incoming questions; provide information, explain policies and    procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution.
Process improvement and automation of activities. 
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications: 
Strong knowledge of billing and accounts receivable procedures and processes. 
Strong technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly 
Strong analytical skills ability to process information logically 
Detail oriented and organized 
Self-motivated with a drive for excellence 
Strong customer service skills. 
Strong oral and written communication skills. 
Communicate clearly and ability to work well with others in a team environment 
Ability to interpret written customer contracts 
Researches, analyzes and reconciles customer information across systems 
Ability to type 60 wpm 
Oracle E-Business or ERP System 

Communication: 
English speaking 
Internal customer communication relative to the setup of new customer setup, maintenance and adjustment requests. 

Education: 
Bachelor's degree preferred with Accounting/Finance concentration desirable.  

Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers. 
Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening.
