Candidate Profile

An enthusiastic and motivated individual with a background in consumer marketing analytics and a desire to see our clients and our business succeed.


An imaginative and engaging individual who can support our clients and our pre-sales and sales teams with practical and valuable solution designs.


Experience in communicating the value of marketing/consumer analytics concepts and solutions to a wide audience of stakeholders and industries.


Organised and methodical, able to quickly develop and manage analytics projects with marketing stakeholders and technical teams.

We are looking for someone who has; 

  •  Commercial and technical experience in marketing/consumer analytics
  •  Proven relationship building and communications skills with a wide range of stakeholders
  •  Ability to leverage new technologies to solve a variety of client problems
  •  An engaging and energetic personality
  •  A Degree level qualification (technical/quantitative related major) and relevant business experience
  • Up to three years’ experience in a similar function

Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Exposure/Experience to common analytical tools such as SAS, R and Alteryx
  • Good handling of a data scripting language such as SQL
  • Ability to translate insights into simple and actionable language
  • High attention to detail and good problem solving skills
  • Experience in marketing analytics and/or customer analytics
  • Experience in Reporting
  • Experience/Exposure in of predictive modelling, segmentation, GIS
  • Exposure in working with large commercial data sets including customer, digital/online and transactional data
  • Knowledge of digital analytics is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills


We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing analytics

In addition the following would be of benefit:
  • Exposure to customer demographics, channel preference and paths to purchase (customer journey mapping)
  • Exposure to working with marketing agencies (research and media)
  • Exposure to in digital marketing
  • Exposure to working with location data (Geographic Information Systems)
  • Exposure to marketing automation/campaign management systems
  • Exposure to campaign measurement (e.g. digital measurement, market mix modelling, attribution modelling)


Undergraduate Degree level (technical/quantitative related) and relevant business experience
