Accounts Receivable Support II

Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions to organizations and consumers, is seeking a highly motivated Transactional Process Support individual.


Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls related to collections via the 800 lines.

Coordinate with Collections, Sales and Client Support the resolution of customer inquiries

Respond and complete assigned tasks via the department email box

Prepare adjustment requests as received

Provide advice and counsel on complex and sensitive customer accounts

Support team members in all aspects of the collection functions

Return mail processing

Credit Card payment processing

Collection agency placement processing

Experience and Qualifications: 

2 years previous transactional process support / collections experience 
Advanced English skills both verbal and written
High School Diploma is required
Have strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
Be well-organized and capable of multitasking
Have a high level of customer service skills with strong PC skills – (Word, Excel, and Oracle Financials)
Can work in a team environment
Be a self-starter and highly motivated with minimal supervision
Positive and professional attitude
Strong verbal communication skills when speaking with clients
Excellent attendance, responsible and dedicated

Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers

Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
