Decision Analytics, Go-To-Market Program Manager-Remote Position

In support of the Decision Analytics Go-to-Market (GTM) team, lead and manage various programs within the overall GTM strategy and workflows across Fraud & Identity, Integrated Decisioning, Analytics, and Experian Advisory Services. This includes, but is not limited to GTM proposition launches and maintenance all managed as formal projects. GTM program accountabilities include:

 Market problems – discover problems in the market by interviewing customers, recent evaluators, and untapped potential customers. Validate urgent problems to show their pervasiveness in the market
 Distinctive competence – articulate and leverage the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market.
 Distribution strategy - determine which channels best align with your markets’ buying preferences per proposition.
 Product portfolio - integrate products into a coherent portfolio supporting key propositions focused on the market. Manage the portfolio like a “product” (business plan, positioning, buying process, market requirements and marketing plan).
 Positioning (Proposition) - describe the proposition by its ability to solve market problems. Create internal positioning documents that will be used to develop external messages focused on each key buyer or persona.
 Launch plan (Proposition) - ensure that all departments are prepared for new proposition releases and all items are completed to launch the proposition externally.
 Channel training (proposition) - design and deliver training programs to help the sales channels focus on how to sell the proposition, not how to use it and develop under DA’s Learning and Development guidelines.
 Presentations (proposition) - produce standard proposition presentations that can be used by the sales team in a typical sales process.
 Event support - Provide product, proposition, and market expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars and seminars

This requires an ability to perform all functions of Project Management . Project Manager . Expert and:
1. Performs as project manager on multi-year, multi-million dollar projects and major strategic initiatives spanning multiple organizations, including third-party businesses.
2. Serves a team leader in the capacity of assigning and evaluating the work of professional employees across various units/teams.
3. Participates on contract negotiation teams to produce business agreements that support project objectives.
4. Develops, implements and maintains project management best practices.

Applies mastery of skills in area of specialization to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways. Duties and tasks show substantial variety and complexity with respect to various GTM accountability programs.

Works under general direction. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may supervise the activities of other personnel.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

General Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years related experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (CAPM).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
• Excellent knowledge of business unit products and operations.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation and regulations impacting business unit industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to travel.
