Some roles lend themselves to flexible options more than others, and if this is important to you, we are open to discussing agile working opportunities during the hiring process.Responsibilities:Lead and run delivery readiness activities for PowerCurve Strategy Management & Customer Management products and propositions to ensure:- A fit between the product and its associated collaterals to the delivery team requirement.- A smooth adoption of the new products or releases by all the regional delivery groups- Continuous improvement of product and delivery best practices to accelerate further the time to deliver.- Continuous improvement of product and delivery best practices to maximize regional taken up and efficiency across the client on-boarding delivery processDrive the delivery readiness work stream of the Product launch to the markets (Go To Market). Support the preparation of the delivery readiness of the regions and central teams to adopt the new products:- Review and ensure that SW Product documentation is completed and accurate to prevent breaches/key missing affecting delivery teams. All gaps to be called out to SW Development group and Product Management formally (and escalated when required).- Review and ensure that SW Product release (any new or amended SW features) does not require any changes/adjustments to DA Delivery Process. Any changes have to be called out and formally addressed to DA Delivery Process Team- Review, and ensure existing collaterals owned by Global Delivery (e.g. Consultancy Packs) are being updated according to SW Product Release. Create new deliverables/guides (knowledge articles preferred option) required by SW Product release, especially delivery efficiency Scope items.- Support Roll out to Regions (i.e. What's New webinars) and Training TeamRequirements:• Strong knowledge of decisioning, advanced analytics and Machine Learning industry and market practices.• Knowledge of software solution implementation and delivery industry.• Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills• Customer and outputs focused• Ability to work with a virtual team and a high number of stakeholders.• Excellent capacity to transfer knowledge, train and mentor other resources in the company.
