We are currently looking for a Deal Governance Specialist to join our Commercial Operations Team and support the UK&I and EMEA Opportunity Management Commercial Process (OMCP) which is the governance structure operated within Experian. Specifically, the Deal Review processes. These include the administration facilitation and reporting of the Deal Review Process and Governance, post contract award support, document support and general administration duties relating to the wider Commercial team. Part-time support will also be given to the Marketing Vendor Management process from onboarding through to vendor contract management.


  • Organise, administer and facilitate the EMEA Deal Review process for each deal as part of the sales governance process for deals that qualify for this process.

  • Review sales pipeline to determine opportunities that require approval via the sales governance process

  • Liaise with Function Heads, the Executive Boards PAs, Sales Leaders and Business Leaders to schedule sales governance meetings in a timely manner

  • Own the continuous improvement review process of the deal review process and materials to ensure consistency and minimum quality standards are adhered to

  • Support the production of Sales Governance monthly status reporting for distribution across the Leadership teams.

  • Ensure the deal approval process is facilitated and adhered to

  • Administer the vendor onboarding process liaising with the Vendors directly, Experian Procurement and Business Owners

  • Monitor vendor contracts through to expiry/renewal also ensuring invoice payments are made accurately


  • 3+ years of working experience with cross-functional teams across markets/remote teams

  • Fluent English both spoken and written (another European language spoken and written would be an advantage)

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Strong communication skills at all levels including the Business Leaders

  • Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines

  • Microsoft Office skills – advanced level in Powerpoint and Word and ability to use Excel

  • Knowledge of using SharePoint/SalesForce preferred

  • Demonstrate strong influencing ability at all levels
