Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

We need an individual who is competent in sales and have the tenacity to meet or exceed monthly sale target through increasing clients’ usages, new business opportunities etc. The individual must have a can-do attitude and work with other cross functional teams to deliver results. He/She is expected to lead a team of sales staff to achieve their individual target.


·Degree and above equivalent

·Minimum 6 years experience in a sales environment and/or sales operations role.

·Experience in leading a team of sales staff.

·Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse team and build viable commercial relationship with clients.

·Possess strong and proven sales skills

·Strong service orientation with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to influence/convince, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident, high-energy, etc.

·Self-motivated / driven, competitive ambitious and tenacious about sales targets and who yearn to succeed as individuals and as part of a team -- people committed to creating change in their work.
