Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Maintain strong client engagement throughout all activities

•Provide full support to clients throughout the lifecycle of the teams’ activities (Design, Build, Test and Implementation)

-Undertake analytical activities (using SQL/Excel/XML) to help identify how business requirements can be turned into configurable solutions, and deliver following correct processes.

-Install and deploy Experian software on either client’s servers or Experience data center.

-Configure and parametrize Experian software according pre-defined specifications.

-Coordinate with client for their ETL process, provide support to client for developing data interface between their application system and Experian software.

-Perform unit testing of configured components, coordinate and drive SIT and UAT.

•Create clear and effective documentation for clients and internal stakeholders

•Use business and/or technical knowledge and experience and make contact with all relevant internal and external stakeholders (including partners and potential suppliers)

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications


•Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information System or other related majors.

•2 to 4 years IT consultant experience, project experience in banking industry will be a plus

•Ability to look at issues from a business perspective and then translate this into the technical application.

•Analytical and problem solving skills

•Strong DB skills in Oracle & MS SQL Server

•Knowledge and experience with XML, JSON, WebAPIs, WebServices, able to understand simple XML and identify possible error.

•Knowledge and experience with Java

•Knowledge with managing and administering web applications with an industry standard app server (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat and etc.)

•Good time management and communication skills

•Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support for client in line with business needs

•Fluency in spoken and written English
