Are you a Salesforce Test Lead looking for a new challenge?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead to join our Customer Servicing Transformation Team. Our purpose is to support major transformational change within Customer Servicing to deliver the desired outcome for both customers & colleagues to deliver Experian’s vision “simple & easy”. To support the design, delivery & deployment of new servicing technology platforms & facilitate continuous & on-going optimisation of customer journeys to remove waste and improve consumer experience.
This role is accountable for the quality of software solutions, operating in the functional and non-functional space, and will be expected to develop and consistently apply robust, fit for purpose quality assurance and testing methodologies. This is a key role providing direction and thought leadership across geographically distributed teams.
The responsibilities of the role will include and not be limited to:
· Defines and evolves documents and embeds robust, fit-for-purpose functional & non-functional software QA Testing strategies & methodologies· Ensures the consistent definition and execution of testing and QA to all developments· Interacts with relevant members of the IT delivery teams and business owners to ensure all requirements are understood during design and build phases· Analyse the technical and business release documentation to determine testing scope and requirements, including 3rd party release documentation· Ensure testing strategy, scope, schedule, scripts and planning deliverables are within identified timescales· Works with the Business Analysis, Project Management and other communities, to ensure that the requirements and success criteria for Testing to meet Business needs are consistently defined and applied· Works with Experian Security and Compliance groups to ensure test strategies are developed and used that meet the policy requirements of Experian· Drives QA Test efficiency, environment management and innovation· Proactively develops and maintains own specialist expertise and commercial awareness, demonstrating understanding of the relevant business area(s) and its customers· Facilitates Knowledge Sharing sessions within own team and to the rest of the department· Strong collaboration and networking across Experian· Supports/inducts new members of the team ensuring development of technical knowledge and clarity around behavioural/cultural expectations· Proactively coaches/mentors staff in the development of their systems knowledge and technical skills· Provides technical updates, including presentations where required, regarding own or team’s product/system/service to others in the team, department, division or other divisions of Experian· Encourages a culture of personal development ownership· Acts as a role model, displaying a positive enthusiastic, can-do approach in the face of adversity· Ensure that good client / consumer outcomes are at the centre of decision making· Pro-actively identify risks and take steps to mitigate these· Implementation of company policies and procedures relating to testing and environments management

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

To succeed in this role you will:
· Be highly technical with a strong understanding and experience of software architecture, specifically Salesforce.· Have the ability to identify architecture design and functionality problems within complex software solutions· Have experience in leading Test /QA teams in the implementation of best practice processes and methodologies.· Have a proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with cross-team dependencies, changing schedules and constantly evolving requirements· Be experienced in handling multiple simultaneous releases for multiple products/solutions with a track record of on time delivery· Have the ability to build/grow/retain high performance teams· Have experience of working with external third parties in the specification and delivery of test services· Have expert knowledge of CRM systems· Experienced in software development life cycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment· Have the ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders up to Senior Leadership level· Be experienced of using industry standard tools such as Jira, Confluence
