The Resource Insights Manager is a key role that facilitates and supports resource sourcing strategy with P&C Managers and Vendor Management, some of the key areas of focus, within this role will include
• Facilitating understanding of demand signals across Solutions, with a delivery plan • Interacting with P&C Managers and Vendors to inform plan of what demand is coming • Responsible for understanding commercial objectives of resource planning to ensure valuable insights are provided and align to agreed budgets • Analyses data• Role looks to market for best practice approaches • Relationship and interfaces with 3rd Party resource providers • Key day to day relationships across all P&C \ Line mangers • Acts as an independent \ external view of resource risk and issue management to support P&C \ Line Managers

Operations• Act as an SME to provide thought leadership & expert insight into resource capabilities, management, efficiency and productivity • Ensure the timely production of management information and key performance indicators are published with supportive value-add commentary • Have a deep understanding of the S&T teams process's, policies, etc. • Have a deep understanding of Experian products, industry and market awareness • Ensure resources are efficiently utilised in conjunction with the capability managers People Management • Drive Performance for Growth ensuring that all matrix team members have stretching personal objectives, development plans and regular performance reviews to embed a high performance culture. • Identify and develop high potential employees, and ensure an available talent pipeline to meet business and capability requirements. • Manage poor performance through formal disciplinary procedures or performance plans. • Encourages a culture of personal development ownership• Acts as a role model, displaying a positive enthusiastic, can-do approach in the face of adversity • Ensure training and competency plans are in place and that all team members complete required training in a timely manner. Process• Endorse cross functional process alignment • Provide training, education and awareness of to maximise the use of resource tooling capability • Provide training and awareness of governance, control, risk management, policies and procedures to ensure business unit adoption • Ensure process's are aligned and efficient to provide a cost effective supply chain
Systems • Ensure operational tooling is fit for purpose that provides timely accurate and single versions of the truth • Act as an expert across all operational tooling • Drive cost efficiencies by the use of tooling and management information. • Ensure operational tooling simplifies and supportive of operational process's
Relationship Management • Act as a relationship bridge across the Experian Global organisation to provide networks in and out of the S&T department • Promote personal networking across the organisation • Ensure transparency and visibility across the department and wider Experian global organisation • Facilitate Experian support areas to allow for single version of timely information, meetings, reports • Provide a "face" to the operations function across the organisation • Build a credible brand for the operational team across the organisation
