The Role

A new opportunity has arisen within Experian for a Full Stack Software Developer. This is an exciting new role in our Global HRIS team. The team manage and support a broad range of global HR technologies, from on premise solutions, through SaaS applications to bespoke in-house developed tools. This role will be primarily focussed on the design, development and support of the bespoke solutions. There is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the direction of this aspect of the team and has potential for temp to perm move for the right candidate.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Skills & Experience
  • Full stack development, debugging and testing skills, troubleshooting skills, development environments, programming languages and architecture
  • Excellent and demonstrable experience of front end technologies using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and cross browser compatibility
  • Applicable web technologies and frameworks such as Node.js, React
  • Languages such as PHP, Python, SQL, plus back end databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
  • SharePoint (2013/2016/O365) Designer, admin & development, ASP.Net
  • Knowledge of development and deployment tools; Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes (OpenShift)
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile development methodologies and development processes

Qualifications

  • Ideally a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar technical discipline; however commensurate industry and technical experience are acceptable
