Experian ANZ are seeking an experienced trainer and facilitator to support our clients maximise the effectiveness of our solutions. At Experian we use data science, analytics and technology to help our clients understand data and make fast, efficient decisions.

This role has become available due to internal promotions and development from within Experian. We are seeking a vibrant and engaging facilitator to run quality training programs both internally and to our clients. Working within a matrix organisation, your day-to-day will involve; client consultancy across the region, facilitation to a range of different audiences, end-to-end program design and delivery.

You will become, if not already, a subject matter expert in our debt management data and analytical tools, using your credit services experience and storytelling qualities to engage audiences. The capability team is looking for an individual who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast-paced project environment.

Key role responsibilities

  • Deliver Training to Clients or Internally to Experian colleagues across a breadth of collections functionality and components
  • Consulting with Clients to analyse and agree their Training Needs in order to meet their requirements and expectations
  • During project implementations ensure training is effective and facilitated as scheduled
  • Organise post project training requirements
  • Preparation of materials
  • Documentation for new PCC functionality and releases
  • Updates on existing documentation to incorporate changes to functionality
  • Training packs for each of the courses delivered (manuals, exercises, presentations etc)
  • Design of client specific materials
  • Creation of internal knowledge guides
  • Work with Global PCC/Tallyman Teams (such as Technical Authors, Product Development, Training Department) to ensure training materials and versions are kept up-to-date for this region
  • Working with Project Managers, Sales, Project Consultants to plan upcoming project training and/or existing client additional training requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with PCC roadmap and arrange internal sessions to brief teams
  • Understand and participate in performance management processes

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent product knowledge including functional and configuration of the system to meet business requirements. Tallyman or PCC experience extremely beneficial
  • Understanding of databases
  • Understanding of MicroStrategy Reporting Tool
  • A working understanding of Oracle or SQL
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Training experience- proficient in training methodologies, curriculum or program development, evaluation and soft-skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, autonomy, team building etc.)
  • Must be commercially aware and able to focus in both departmental and company strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs to high-profile blue chip companies, utilising skills in instructional design, program design & development, training methodologies and process change management
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight timescales
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Superior organisational skills, attention to detail/level of quality, communication (written and verbal)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent

Previous experience of working with financial services industry or in a process change and implementation role is desirable

Ability to travel both nationally and internationally (approx. 20-30% of the time)
