JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate self starter looking for an opportunity to develop their career in an HR Generalist direction, with a significant focus on Data Analysis and insight.
Reporting to the Head of HR for the Global Software Group within GDA and a dotted line into the Head of Global Workforce Analytics, this role will provide support to HR team located in London and the United States and will be involved in the end-to-end employee life cycle, as well as with management and leadership practices and development.
A significant focus of the role will be to provide data analysis and insight to the business leaders and HR team, to drive decision making and commercial value. The Global Workforce Analytics (GWA) team at Experian is responsible for delivering insightful management information, KPIs, and analysis that helps our leaders and management teams make strategic and informed decisions about our workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:50% - Business partnering:Act as a trusted partner to managers, to support good practices and drive commercial valueManage Employee Relations issues, working closely with the centre of excellence where appropriateFacilitate delivery of and support the HRBPs with our performance review cycle, talent review processes, employee engagement survey, compensation reviewsSupport the business in organisational changes and ensure employee data is accurately maintainedPersonally act as a ‘change agent’ within the business areas, coaching managers where necessary to help achieve business transformation goals, be an ambassador for our Brand and culture within Experian
50% - Data analysis and insight:Produce the weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduled reports for GDA, including Executive Management Information and Workforce Metrics in an accurate and timely manner Provide analysis on human capital reports for GDA to include management information on where the business is measuring and tracking against strategic objectives. Provide thought leadership on the creation of the next generation of workforce analytics. Working with all levels of stakeholders from across the business, to understand reporting and analytics requirements and consulting with them to help understand what is possible from GWA. Providing not just commentary, but in-depth analysis and insight about what the data and metrics is saying, to help managers and executives make informed decisions On-going review and improvement of reporting processes to standardise and align techniques across all reporting teams.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Analytics:Ideally will have be degree qualified (2:1) or above, or equivalent, in a numerical, statistical, or a technical subject would be beneficialExperience working in a global Human Resources, Analytics or Consultancy environment is preferred Previous experience in using Oracle HRMS, Oracle OBIEE, Taleo Business Objects Working knowledge of best practice approaches to delivery HR metrics and reporting. Experience in using Alteryx Designer, Tableau, and text analysis tools. Experience in Oracle SQL and advance knowledge of VBA would be beneficial
