Responsibilities

Description

Experian is seeking an innovative and creative leader in the CIS Division to help drive the use of emerging technology and advanced analytics in our product suites. We are in search of a person with a passion for leveraging next generation architectures/tools to solve business problems that create new growth for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, superior communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for our internal and external customers. This person will have deep industry knowledge in the credit analytics space, and will have the technical acumen to bring new innovation and thought leadership to the market.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit technology leadership to drive alignment in product road maps and to help guide the migration off legacy platforms
• Support our sales organization(s) by being the technology/innovation point of contact
o Work directly with customers to build relationships, gather feedback, and evangelize our vision
• Provide thought leadership and direction for product efforts with our engineering groups
• Help to build the innovation pipeline by being a voice of the customer
• Execute Proof of concept work to help determine buy vs build decisions
• Lead strategic initiatives (as needed) until the point of transition to BAU
• Provide expertise for M&A activities (as needed)
• Develop white papers, blogs, conference presentations
• Help to develop working prototypes and software that can be built upon

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in credit-data space
• STEM degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, specifically able to convey technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner
• Experience in solution crafting and developing proposals to illustrate business value provided by technical solutions
• Previous professional consulting experience, public speaking, and industry publications in the credit space

Location:

Preferred location is New York. Other locations can be San Francisco, San Jose or Costa Mesa, CA.
