The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator is an integral role supporting the Experian recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination for both university recruiting and social media initiatives. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to and learn about full-cycle campus recruiting as well as social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work in partnership with Experian’s recruiters, HR Business Partners and business unit stakeholders to support and serve as the point of contact for the university relations program.
• Manage and support university relations program including coordinating all campus recruiting efforts including career fair registration, scheduling information sessions and on-campus interviews with schools and candidates, coordinating marketing materials, booth set up needs, giveaways, etc.
• Manage calendar of all recruiting events in support of our diversity outreach and “grow your own talent” initiatives (career fairs, on-campus, diversity events, information sessions, etc.)
• Maintain and update database of key university and college contacts list.
• Manage a system that tracks talent acquisition’s inventory of supplies and marketing materials (giveaways, tablecloths, banners, brochures, etc.), including the tracking of who has checked in/checked out specific materials.
• Support talent acquisition social media initiatives by helping to drive and calendar content across various social media platforms.
• Use Taleo ATS (applicant tracking system) to support talent acquisition team
• Performs HR reporting as requested
• Performs HR analysis and delivers recommendations to talent acquisition leadership team

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Education & Experience:
• 3+ years of work experience in a recruiting or HR support role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Applicant Tracking System experience preferred. Experience with Taleo a plus
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and ability to shift priorities, multi-task, and handle heavy work flow processing
• Ability to build strong business partnerships internally and externally
• Ability to connect with and influence internal and external business stakeholders
• Team player with a high sense of urgency; able to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and meticulous follow up
• Good writing skills both written and verbal
• Flexible and comfortable with problem solving
• Incredibly organized with superb attention to detail
• Positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency.
