We are currently seeking an energetic marketing enthusiast. In this role, you’ll be in the thick of all our digital marketing efforts, and get a unique opportunity to have hands-on involvement across the spectrum of B2B marketing activities. This role will allow you to gain knowledge, exposure and experience to various sales and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.com, Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.

We’re a fast-paced and results-oriented marketing team, so we’re looking for someone who can jump right in, think on their feet, is resourceful and not be afraid to ask questions. The ideal candidate will be the right balance of creative and analytical, responding quickly to marketing requests while also paying meticulous attention to campaign results reporting.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and analyze prospect/customer segmentations
  • Source and maintain data integrity of the marketing contact databases
  • Build the campaign canvas and landing pages for both batch deployments and nurture campaigns
  • Perform end-to-end QA of campaign functionality and SF integration
  • Create marketing campaign reports and dashboards
  • Provide logistical and operational support for the marketing team, assisting with lead management in Salesforce, managing the marketing inbox, and other ad-hoc duties

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • BA/BS, ideally in a marketing or communications field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a digital marketing field
  • Includes work experience implementing full cycle projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and support
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices
  • Experience with A/B testing including test design, list splits, deploy, results.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, focus on quality output, resourceful and willing to learn
  • Experience with Eloqua is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
