Clarity Services is seeking a Relationship Manager for alternative credit data solutions. In this role, you will maintain and expand business relationships and create and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for the Sales team. Relationship Managers have responsibility for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and client retention activities.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns and problems and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments
  • Detailed business knowledge of Alternative Credit Data and Subprime Lending industry
  • Oversee implementation for Clarity products and data furnishing; marshal resources to ensure client satisfaction and ROI
  • Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate business impact and value; ensures usage at projected levels
  • Inform and educate client on new and existing products
  • Advise client on best practices and address gaps/opportunities
  • Surface up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for the Sales team
  • Facilitate training as needed
  • Client liaison to functional support areas (membership, contracts, compliance, billing, integration, etc.)
  • Facilitate training as needed
  • CRM accountability, Forecast & GAP reporting

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of complex relationship management experience
  • Background in credit or financial services industry. Good knowledge of consumer credit reporting
  • Sales drive and motivation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and project management skills and the ability to set and manage multiple priorities/projects
  • Solid technical skills with ability to learn, understand, and train the client on Clarity system operations
  • Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to travel
