The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist with revenue recognition including weekly billing, monthly revenue recognition, unique client arrangements, various accruals, and inter-company transactions
  • Navigate large amounts of data (including both revenue and expenses) to discern underlying trends, risks and opportunities, creating clear reports and visuals to illustrate findings and support decision-making
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present the findings to local and regional management
  • Serve as a back-up for monthly sales team commission calculations and other routine team deliveries

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications


  • 6-8 years of related experience in financial forecasting and analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
  • Strong systems skills - advanced Excel skills required: advanced modelling & formulas, pivot tables. VBA/macros a plus, familiarity with BI reporting tools a plus
  • Experience with databases, BI tools, and ERP systems a plus (MS Access, SQL, Oracle, Essbase, SFDC, etc.)
  • Ability to understand the big picture but also attend to critical details
  • Strong team player with a positive “can-do” attitude, willing to take on challenges and support both individual and team goals
  • Self-starter and independent thinker who takes initiative to go above and beyond
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior management
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize a variety of projects, regular reporting, and other requests, knowing when to escalate or ask for guidance, explanation, assistance, etc.
  • Critical thinking and the capability to generate consistently accurate and useful reports, as well as enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insight
