Experian Health is looking for someone to join our team as an Executive Administrative/Office Assistant to support executive leaders and general office operations based in our Austin, Texas office. We are looking to hire an energetic person to provide support to the company in a variety of ways such as general administration and project-based work. You must have impeccable organization skills, the ability to multi-task and high attention to detail. This role requires an upbeat individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Support the Executives with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: expense reports, travel arrangements, coordinating and scheduling meetings, ordering meals, general administration and other requests as needed
• Meet and greet on-site clients and visitors, issue visitor passes following office security procedures, announce visitors to appropriate personnel, and being first point of contact for the Austin Health office
• Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to: directing phone calls, photocopying, distribution and processing of mail and packages
• Assist with new hire setup including organizing new hire equipment and set up, processing new hire paperwork, and adding new users to office systems
• Coordinate with property management, building maintenance, facilities and vendors to request work orders and assure work order completion
• Order and purchase office supplies, break room supplies, etc., manage coffee/kitchen supply delivery service, maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies
• Set up and coordinate meetings, office meals, events, etc. as assigned
• Assist with company and office events in regards to planning, logistics, ordering food/supplies and communication to office
• Serve as the safety coordinator for our office in conjunction with security, facilities and property management
• Help drive company culture through ad hoc engagement initiatives
• Ad hoc projects and Health BU support as needed

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Experience and Education:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative function preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior experience in managing invoices, payments, travel or other relevant experience desired
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Diligent, highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, written communication and interpersonal skills with extreme discretion of sensitive material
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once, ability to prioritize requests and work under pressure and able to adapt to change
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
