As a Senior IT Business Analyst, your role will be to manage several key projects and programs for the Global End User Services team in the Employee IT Services department.
•Ownership, management and administration of the Global PC Refresh Program.
•Manage global rollout schedules.
•Ownership, project management and administration of various other programs in the End User Services department, such as software and hardware rollouts, controlled deployment of security software, upgrades to operating systems, and upgrades to applications.
•Management of other ad-hoc projects, such as, IT Integration, IT Clinics, and divestments.
•Direct communication with Experian Business units and employees to ensure Experian Refresh Program is delivered on time, and in budget.
•Collating and analyzing data and production of metrics to feed into the departmental reporting pack and Continual Service Improvement programs
•Creation and maintenance of Desktop Refresh Program policies & Procedure, as well as, policies and procedures for other managed programs.
•Responsibility of onboarding for vendor contractors.
•Work with internal Communications Team to develop appropriate communications, globally, for upcoming rollouts.
•Identify risk exposures related to desktop environment.
•General support activities relating to the desktop team.
•Managed outsourced vendor contractors.
•Reports to the Sr. IT Manager, End User Services.
•Build credible influential relationships with various business units
