Keir Breitenfeld, Vice President of Go-To-Market, Decision Analytics.

“With respect to career growth, I can say that my military background continues to be well respected by all employers, and Experian is no exception. I believe there is a general expectation that those with a military background are able to take on a wide variety and volume of challenges with great success, given a strong work ethic, team orientation, and a desire to excel and win. I enjoy Experian most as it relates to the culture of cooperation and teamwork, and I’ve made lifelong friends here that I want to work with and for, which motivates me each day.”

Jeff McFarland, Senior Finance Manager, Health.

“By far the best part about being in the Army is the opportunity to serve with some of the greatest, most selfless people our country has to offer. It’s really a special camaraderie that you build, and one that carries on long after you leave the service. I’m honored to have the opportunity to work in a company that values the same principles I learned in the military – integrity, hard work, teamwork, and a customer-first approach.”

Our MVP ERG provides professional and personal development, mentoring, networking and volunteer activities outside of the office.

Experian not only looks to provide career opportunities for veterans, but also believes in giving back to the veteran communities. We love participating in events such as Carry the Load, Suits for Veterans Hiring and the Murph Challenge. Delilah Moreno, Solutions Engineer, Decision Analytics

“Raised in a small town in Texas, the Army opened my eyes to a new world. I met a diverse of wonderful people, tried new things, had an excessive amount of training and most importantly learned that when life gets tough, which it will, never give up. At Experian we honor that and more. We have a special culture, there are a multiple of employee resources you can reach out to, schedules are flexible – great work life balance, career growth is endless, supportive and great people, and so much more. I love working for Experian. The culture here has opened my eyes to a new way of thinking and I feel like I can be myself and excel on the traits that I am good at.”
